About Lumen (Level 3) DNS
The Lumen (formerly Level 3) resolvers on 4.2.2.x have been used for decades and are still popular for testing.
NetTrace really queries every resolver separately, each with its own timeout. That shows you, for example, whether a DNS change has reached this provider yet, or whether a filter blocks your domain.
NetTrace is an independent service and is not affiliated with Lumen (Level 3) DNS.
